Our return policy is simple. Within 10 days of receipt of your order, you may return any jewelry product in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories for a full refund. You can also cancel unshipped items. An OnlyPearls.com customer service representative will issue a return approval and assist you with return shipping. Please keep the original packaging and accessories to return with the item.
Gifts
If the item is a gift, we can issue a refund check to the gift recipient
at the same address to which the order was shipped. Telling us the name
of the person who gave the gift will help to expedite the process.
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received
and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund
shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
